Ingredients:
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
- Wellington Multigrain Crackers, for serving
Directions
- Place cream cheese in a large bowl and beat with an electric mixer until very smooth.
- Add the cheddar cheese, chives, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper and mix until very smooth.
- Scoop the mixture onto the center of a sheet of plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Place the plastic-wrapped cheese ball into a bowl and place in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours to set.
- Before serving, remove the cheese ball from the plastic wrap and roll it in the chopped pecans to coat. Serve with Wellington Multigrain Crackers
