Ingredients:
- 1 box Stone Wheat Wellington Crackers
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar
- 1 cup watermelon, chopped
- 1/3 cup cantaloupe, chopped
- 1/3 cup cucumber, chopped
- ½ avocado, chopped
- ¼ cup green onions, chopped
- ¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 jalapeno, seeds and ribs removed, finely diced
- 2 tablespoon fresh mint, finely chopped
- Juice and zest of 1 lime
- ½ teaspoon garlic salt
Directions
- Brush melted butter onto Stone Wheat crackers and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- Toss remaining ingredients together into a bowl and serve with cinnamon stone wheat crackers.
