In a medium bowl, stir together diced strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Let macerate while you prepare the cream cheese.
Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt in a bowl and beat for 30-45 seconds using an electric mixer. Mixture should be smooth and fluffy.
Spoon 1 tsp of the cream cheese mixture on top of each Wellington Traditional Cracker and top with a spoonful of strawberries. Serve immediately.
