Ingredients:
- 1 lb steak (ribeye, filet, sirloin) choose a tender, buttery cut
- (Season with salt & pepper and sear on a cast iron pan; baste with garlic, butter, and thyme)
- 1–2 garlic cloves
- 8 oz burrata
- Balsamic glaze
- Chimichurri
- Wellington Traditional Water Crackers
Directions
- Sear steak in a hot cast iron pan with neutral oil on all sides. Baste with butter, garlic cloves, and thyme until cooked to your preferred temperature. Let the steak rest for 10 minutes, then slice thinly.
- Spread wellington traditional crackers on a serving tray.
- Top each cracker with a dollop of burrata, a drizzle of balsamic glaze, a slice of steak, and a spoonful of chimichurri.
- Serve immediately and enjoy this elevated bite-sized appetizer!
