St Patrick’s Day Charcuterie Board

  • Handful broccoli
  • Handful gherkin pickles
  • Bunch of green grapes
  • 2 Granny Smith apples
  • 3 kiwis, halved
  • Half of a cucumber, sliced
  • Handful celery sticks
  • French onion tip
  • Cheddar cheese
  • 1 box Wellington Assorted Crackers


  1. Wash and slice the apple, kiwi, broccoli and cucumber. Do not peel. Wash the green grapes and celery, leaving on the stem. Scoop french onion dip into 2 ramekin bowls.
  2. Arrange apples, kiwis, broccoli, cucumber, celery sticks, pickles, and grapes around your charcuterie board. Place ramekin bowls followed by Wellington Assorted Crackers in a pattern of your choice.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy!
