Salted Caramel Cheesecake Dip

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff

  • ½ cup powdered sugar

  • ½ cup dulce de leche (plus more for drizzling)

  • ⅓ cup pecans, chopped (lightly toasted recommended)

  • Flaky sea salt, for finishing

  • Crackers, sliced apples, and pears, for serving

Directions

  1. Make the Dip
    In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Add the marshmallow fluff, powdered sugar, and dulce de leche. Continue mixing until fully combined and creamy with no lumps.

  2. Assemble
    Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and smooth the top with a spatula.

  3. Add Toppings
    Sprinkle with chopped pecans, drizzle generously with additional dulce de leche, and finish with a pinch of flaky sea salt.

  4. Chill (Optional)
    Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes for a slightly firmer, scoopable texture.

  5. Serve
    Serve with crackers, apple slices, and pear slices for dipping.
