Salmon “Sushi” Cracker Bites

Ingredients:

  • 7 Wellington Cracked Pepper Crackers
  • 30g smoked salmon
  • 2g Ajishima Nori Komi Furikake Rice Seasoning
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
  • 7 thin cucumber slices

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mash together the avocado and cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Slice the smoked salmon into pieces sized to fit each cracker.
  3. Cut the cucumber into thin rounds.
  4. Spread or pipe a layer of the avocado mixture onto each Wellington Cracker.
  5. Top each cracker with a cucumber slice and a piece of smoked salmon.
  6. Finish with a sprinkle of furikake seasoning.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy.
