Roasted Pork Crostini with Apple & Pomegranate

Ingredients

  • Smithfield Pork Tenderloin
  • Pack of Wellington Cracked Pepper Crackers
  • 1 cup sliced brie
  • Granny Smith apples
  • 1 cup pomegranate arils

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Roast pork tenderloin for 10 min at 400°F, then reduce to 350°F, cooking until internal temperature is 145°F
  3. Let cooked pork rest for 5 min.
  4. Lay crostini on a tray, top with brie.
  5. Slice pork, place over brie.
  6. Top with apple and pomegranate
