Ingredients:
- Smithfield Pork Tenderloin
- Pack of Wellington Cracked Pepper Crackers
- 1 cup sliced brie
- Granny Smith apples
- 1 cup pomegranate arils
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Roast pork tenderloin for 10 min at 400°F, then reduce to 350°F, cooking until internal temperature is 145°F
- Let cooked pork rest for 5 min.
- Lay crostini on a tray, top with brie.
- Slice pork, place over brie.
- Top with apple and pomegranate
