Ricotta and Blackberry Bites
Takes , serves 4.
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 12 Wellington Traditional Water Crackers
- 1/3 cup fresh blackberries
- 2 tbsp thinly sliced sage leaves
- 2 tbsp honey
- Stir together ricotta, lemon zest and lemon juice.
- Spread ricotta mixture over each cracker.
- Top with blackberries and sage.
- Drizzle with honey.
