Rainbow Veggie Ranch Dip

Ingredients:

  • Wellington Traditional Water Crackers
  • Wellington Whole Grain Multigrain Crackers
  • For Lemon Hummus:
  • 10 oz Plain Hummus
  • 2 Lemons
  • 2 TBSP Salted Sunflower Seeds
  • Flaky Salt
  • 2 TBSP Olive Oil
  • For Buffalo Carrot Hummus:
  • 10 oz Plain Hummus
  • 2 TBSP Hot Buffalo Sauce
  • 2 TBSP Carrot Juice
  • 2 TBSP Salted Sunflower Seeds
  • Flaky Salt
  • 2 TBSP Olive Oil
  • Garnish with Carrots *Optional
  • For Beet Hummus:
  • 10 oz Plain Hummus
  • 1 Pickled Beet, pureed
  • Flaky Salt
  • 2 TBSP Olive Oil
  • Drizzle of Beet Juice
  • For Kale Pesto Artichoke Hummus
  • 10 oz Artichoke Hummus
  • ½ C Kale Pesto
  • 2 TBSP Toasted Pine Nuts
  • Chopped Fresh Thyme and Parsley for Garnish, optional

Directions

  1. For each flavor, mix all ingredients (minus olive oil and garnish)
  2. Serve in bowls, drizzle with olive oil and top with garnishes.
  3. Enjoy with Wellington Traditional Water Crackers and Whole Grain Multigrain Crackers
