Ingredients:
- Wellington Traditional Water Crackers
- Wellington Whole Grain Multigrain Crackers
- For Lemon Hummus:
- 10 oz Plain Hummus
- 2 Lemons
- 2 TBSP Salted Sunflower Seeds
- Flaky Salt
- 2 TBSP Olive Oil
- For Buffalo Carrot Hummus:
- 10 oz Plain Hummus
- 2 TBSP Hot Buffalo Sauce
- 2 TBSP Carrot Juice
- 2 TBSP Salted Sunflower Seeds
- Flaky Salt
- 2 TBSP Olive Oil
- Garnish with Carrots *Optional
- For Beet Hummus:
- 10 oz Plain Hummus
- 1 Pickled Beet, pureed
- Flaky Salt
- 2 TBSP Olive Oil
- Drizzle of Beet Juice
- For Kale Pesto Artichoke Hummus
- 10 oz Artichoke Hummus
- ½ C Kale Pesto
- 2 TBSP Toasted Pine Nuts
- Chopped Fresh Thyme and Parsley for Garnish, optional
Directions
- For each flavor, mix all ingredients (minus olive oil and garnish)
- Serve in bowls, drizzle with olive oil and top with garnishes.
