Hot Honey Whipped Feta Crackers

Ingredients:

  • Wellington Traditional Water Crackers
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons sea salt
  • 7 oz feta cheese
  • 1/3 cup cream cheese
  • 2 to 3 fresh rosemary sprigs, torn
  • 1/4 cup hot honey

Directions

  1. In a food processor, combine the feta and cream cheese. Blend until smooth, creamy, and whipped, scraping down the sides as needed.
  2. Arrange Wellington Traditional Water Crackers on a serving platter. Spoon or spread the whipped feta onto each cracker.
  3. Top with torn rosemary and drizzle with hot honey. Add a light sprinkle of sea salt if desired. Serve immediately.
