Ingredients:
- 12 Wellington Cracked Pepper Crackers
- 8 oz (225g) steak, such as sirloin, strip steak, or flank steak
- 2 tbsp Reese Specialty Foods Prepared Horseradish
- 1 cup arugula
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Optional: fresh chives, flaky sea salt, or a squeeze of lemon for finishing
Directions
- Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Pat the steak dry and rub with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Grill for 3–5 minutes per side for medium-rare to medium, depending on thickness.
- Transfer to a cutting board and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice the steak thinly against the grain.
- Spread a small amount of prepared horseradish onto each Wellington Cracked Pepper Cracker.
- Top with a slice of steak and add a few arugula leaves.
- Finish with chives, flaky sea salt, or a squeeze of lemon if desired, and serve immediately.
