Ingredients:
- 7 oz. Kielbasa, cut into 24 bite-sized pieces
- 4 cans of pineapple rings, drained
- 24 Cracked Pepper Wellington Crackers
- 2 tsp. whole grain mustard
Directions
- Spray grill pan with cooking spray, on medium-high heat
- Add kielbasa and pineapples. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until grill marks are visible
- Cut each pineapple ring into 6 pieces
- Assemble crackers with kielbasa, pineapple and mustard
