Goat Cheese and Honey Crackers

  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
  • Honey, for topping
  • Wellington Crackers


  1. Place the softened goat cheese in a medium bowl and whip until light.
  2. Spread on top of Wellington Crackers.
  3. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with fresh chopped thyme.
