Ingredients:
- 5 ounces goat cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
- Honey, for topping
- Wellington Crackers
Directions
- Place the softened goat cheese in a medium bowl and whip until light.
- Spread on top of Wellington Crackers.
- Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with fresh chopped thyme.
