Place 1 sleeve of Wellington Traditional Water Crackers into a ziplock bag and crush them with a rolling pin until finely crushed.
Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add crushed Wellington Traditional Water Crackers and toast until fragrant, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
Chop pickles and add them to a bowl along with most of the crushed Wellington Traditional Water Crackers (save some for topping), sour cream and ranch dressing. Mix well; this will be thick and you can thin it out to your desired consistency with a little water or dill pickle juice.
Transfer to a serving plate, garnish with fresh dill and remaining crushed Wellington Traditional Water Crackers. Serve with Wellington Traditional Water Crackers & enjoy!
