Easter Bunny & Chick Cracker Bites

Ingredients:

  • Wellington Water Crackers (Garlic & Herbs, Traditional, or Assorted)

  • Cello Cheese (Asiago, Copper Kettle, Mayan Cocoa & Coffee—sliced or shaped)

  • Carrot slices

  • Cucumber slices

  • Cherry tomatoes (optional for garnish)

  • Cream cheese or a cheese spread (as the base)

  • Sliced cheese or veggies for chick wings and bunny ears

  • Raisins, black sesame seeds, or peppercorns for eyes

  • Romaine lettuce or greens for plating

  • Small flower and veggie cutouts (optional)

Directions

  1. Base Layer: Spread a layer of cream cheese or cheese spread onto each Wellington Cracker.

  2. Cucumber Flowers: Top some crackers with cucumber slices and a small carrot cutout shaped like a flower.

  3. Bunny Bites:

    • Use a round slice of Cello cheese for the face.

    • Cut carrots into ear shapes and gently press them into the cheese.

    • Use small bits of raisin or black sesame for eyes and a nose.

  4. Chick Bites:

    • Use rectangular slices of cheese for the chick’s body.

    • Add triangle cheese slices or veggie strips for wings.

    • Use a small triangle of carrot for the beak and thin carrot matchsticks for feet.

    • Add small dots for eyes.

Assemble on Platter: Arrange decorated crackers on a bed of greens, and garnish with mini flowers, cherry tomatoes, and any extra veggies.
