Candy Corn Bark

20 min prepServes 16 people

Ingredients:

    16 Wellington Traditional Crackers
12 oz of vegan white chocolate (approx. 3 cups)
    1 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp orange food coloring powder
1 tsp yellow food coloring powder
Toppings: vegan candy corn, vegan halloween themed sprinkles, pretzels, vegan chocolate covered candy, etc.

Directions

  1. Prepare the crackers: Lay the crackers in a single layer on a large, rimmed baking sheet (13×18 inches). Break the crackers to fit, as needed.
  2. In separate medium microwave-safe bowls in the microwave according to the package directions melt vegan white chocolate (1 cup per bowl).
  3. Color the chocolate: In one bowl, leave the white chocolate as is. In the second bowl, stir in the orange food coloring powder until the desired shade is achieved. Do the same with the yellow food coloring powder in the third bowl.
  4. Assemble the bark: Pour the plain white chocolate over the graham crackers, spreading it into an even layer with an offset spatula or the back of a spoon. Then, quickly add tablespoonfuls of the orange and yellow chocolate about 2 inches apart over the white layer.
  5. Swirl for effect: Use a toothpick or skewer to swirl the orange and yellow chocolates into the white to create a marbled look.
  6. Decorate and set: While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle the desired toppings! Refrigerate the bark until fully set, a minimum of 15 minutes, then break it into pieces.
