Ingredients:
- 1 container Boursin Rosemary & Black Garlic Cheese
- 1/2 cup tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup basil, shopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
- Wellington Traditional Crackers
Directions
- Add Boursin Rosemary & Black Garlic Cheese to a food processor and pulse with a dash of heavy cream until smooth.
- Add the chopped tomatoes, chopped basil, crushed garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper into a small bowl. Toss together.
- When ready to serve, spoon the tomato mixture on top of the cheese and drizzle with balsamic.
- Serve with Wellington Traditional Crackers and enjoy!
