Boursin Bruschetta Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 container Boursin Rosemary & Black Garlic Cheese
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup basil, shopped
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • Wellington Traditional Crackers

Directions

  1. Add Boursin Rosemary & Black Garlic Cheese to a food processor and pulse with a dash of heavy cream until smooth. 
  2. Add the chopped tomatoes, chopped basil, crushed garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper into a small bowl. Toss together.
  3. When ready to serve, spoon the tomato mixture on top of the cheese and drizzle with balsamic. 
  4. Serve with Wellington Traditional Crackers and enjoy!
