Boat Dip

Takes 5 min, serves 4.

Ingredients

16 oz sour cream
1 packet taco seasoning
1 can diced tomatoes
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 packet Wellington Toasted Sesame Crackers

Instructions

In a medium bowl, mix together the sour cream and taco seasoning until fully combined. Add in the drained tomatoes and cheese and stir until evenly incorporated.
Enjoy immediately with Wellington Toasted Sesame Crackers to dip, or refrigerate for 2+ hours for a stronger flavor.
